Treatment of the wooden parts A Swedish Pine wood is autoclave pressure impregnated with non-toxic mineral salts, free from chromium and arsenic; this treatment grants a permanent protection from fungus, insects, mildew and all the biological wood enemies. B Exotic wood has undergone a treatment with water impregnating agents for outdoor, because of its natural resistance features; it's only impregnated and brush coloured. |

Treatment of metal parts For assuring an adequate resistance of the metal components to the atmospheric agents, following treatments have been carried out: a) cataphoresis: protective finish applied through cathodic electroplating on the products or epoxy primer in zinc-based thermosetting powder; b) painting with thermosetting polyester powder; which is particularly suitable for external products. The painting cycle is carried out in conformity with 2000/53/CE and 2002/95/CE directives: a detailed technical sheet is available, in which it is possible to find the chemical-physical characteristics of deposited film. |
